Much-talked-about Ghanaian defender Mohammed Salisu played full throttle for Real Valladolid as they shared the spoils with Real Sociedad.

Despite playing at the favourite Estadio Jose Zorrilla, Valladolid were on the back foot for most part of the game.

The Albivioletas were more than fortunate to have finished the game with a point as a combination of a commanding defensive brilliance led by Mohammed Salisu and wastefulness upfront aided Valladolid secure a point at home.

Salisu, 20, has had a breakout season at Valladolid and continued to prove his worth in defence for the LaLiga outfit with an assured performance and could be heading to English side Manchester United this January.
