Wonder Club, Accra Great Olympics are on the brink of naming former Asante Kotoko trainer Samuel Paa Kwesi Fabin as their new head coach according to reports gathered by Kumasi-based radio station Fox FM.

The two-time Ghana Premier League champions are without a substantive head coach following the resignation of Prince George Koffie as manager of the club.

Prince George Koffie took over the helm of affairs at the capital-based outfit shortly after the resignation of Isaac Nii Armah and steered the affairs of the Dade Boys before putting down his tools after an unexpected one nil defeat to WAFA on match day seven.

Since then, Seth Hoffman has stepped in as a stop-gap coach in their last three games, including Friday night’s draw against ‘Moneybags’ Legon Cities FC .

According to Fox FM, the Flavour Boys are set to see a new coach in the dug-out sooner than later when they unveil Paa Kwesi Fabin as their new trainer.

Fabin, who has had stints with a host of clubs in the country’s top-flight including both Hearts and Asante Kotoko as well as the Black Starlets is expected to bring his expertise and experience on board to help the club realise their ambitions for the campaign.

According to sources, the deal between the two parties is reaching its concluding stages and an official announcement is within sights.
