General Manager of Asante Kotoko, Nana Gyambibi Coker has brought an end to a looming tirade on the brink of escalating in relation to the recent agitation at the club.
The club has been enduring a seemingly endless episode of woes which continues to deepen by the day with management members resigning whiles wild allegations keeps popping up in rampant fashion.
Former Greater Accra representative and management member of Asante Kotoko, Edmund Ackah vented his spleen on the recent happenings at the club and opened up on the reason behind his resignation.
Responding to Edmund Ackah’s comments, Nana Gyambibi opted to allow sleeping dogs lie instead of a rebuttal.
“I decided not to respond to Edmund Ackah’s allegations, I have no problem and nothing against any of the current management members who came to work for Kotoko through me. I don’t blame Ackah and am not ready to exchange words with him” Coker told Kumasi-based OTEC FM.
Nana Gyambibi Coker also espoused that he has been defending the management members.
“I will never trade any of the management members I’m working with or those I’ve ever worked with, God should punish me if I do that. I have defended them wherever I’ve been, whoever has spoken against them and whoever is accusing them of anything.
“I don’t blame Edmund Ackah for his comment but the wicked person out there who’s always spreading our (Kotoko) news” he concluded.
