Accra-based powerhouse, Hearts of Oak have signed an agreement with local contractors K. A. Estate Limited for the commencement of the Pobiman Academy Project.

The former African champions have come under public scrutiny for failing to develop the Pobiman land into a world-class edifice as promised for years. However, after years of failed promises and lip service, it appears the dream of every Phobian fanatic will come into fruition.

K. A. Estate Limited will start the grounds work (substructure only) and will work in partnership with the Turkish contractors.

Board Chairman of the club, His Royal Highness Togbe Afede XIV in an interview with celebrated sports broadcaster, Kwabena Yeboah divulged works at Pobiman will commence this week.
