Ghanaian international and FC Samtredia defender, Samuel Inkoom has been named in the Georgian Erovnuli Liga Team Of The week after a 90minute performance in a 1 – 1 draw against FC Dila Gori.

The former Black Stars defender’s performance was exceptional over the weekend and he is the only player from FC Samtredia included in the Georgian National League Best XI in Week 3.

The 31-year-old right back has been absent from Black Stars of Ghana squad since 2014 after his 44th appearance. Currently focusing on his club career, Inkoom is ready to serve his motherland should head coach Charles Kwabla Akonnor call him up to the national team for AFCON 2021 – which has been postponed to 2022.

The former Asante Kotoko defender’s performance in their 1 – 1 draw against FC Dila over the weekend underpins his rich vein of form producing impeccable and stupendous displays after joining from Dunav Ruse FC.

The Ghanaian right back has promised to continuously show an impeccable performance for his club.
