Nigeria duo Ugochukwu Iwu and Julius David Ufuoma’s team Lori FC final league game of the season has been cancelled after their club goalkeeper Vardan Shahatuni and several players tested positive for Coronavirus.

Lori FC were scheduled to play their last league match on Tuesday against Ararat in the Armenian Premier League.

Tuesday’s game was to have been played in the afternoon.

Lori FC officially announced on their Facebook page:

“Considering the fact that all Lori FC Staff are Self-isolated, HFF has satisfied the club application to cancel the meeting against Ararat last round.”

Lori FC currently sit in fifth position on the league table with 40 points after 27 matches played.
