Manager of Black Stars B forward Shafiu Mumuni, Samuel Ebo Kwaito posits his client has lost intetest in playing in the domestic league amid speculations of a possible move to Asante Kotoko.

The 25-year-old has been the subject of growing transfer rumours linking him to Dawu-based Dreams FC but the former Ashgold striker moved in swiftly to debunk the reports.

”It’s not true, I have not spoken to anyone at Dreams. There are suitors from France, Spain and Portugal and in Ghana Kotoko is also around. It’s not true am joining Dreams FC” Shafiu Mumuni told Oyerepa FM.

He also revealed he has a number of offers from overseas on his table as well as an offer from Ghana’s sole representatives, Asante Kotoko but his manager has shot down any hope the Porcupine Warriors had of sealing a deal for Mumuni.

“Shafiu Mumuni has no motivation to play in Ghana, he has lost interest in the local league after winning all he could with AshantiGold,” Samuel Ebo Kwaito told Oyerepa 100.7FM.
