Kumasi-based giants Asante Kotoko have secured the services of Black Stars shot-stopper Razak Abalora, according to a report filed by Light FM.

The 24-year-old custodian, who manned the post for Ghana in their friendly win against Qatar, ended his stay with Tanzania Mainland Premier League giants Azam FC after a fabulous three-year spell.

The former WAFA goalie, who is currently unattached was reportedly nearing a move to Dreams FC however the latest intelligence gathered by Kumasi-based media outlet Light FM suggest he will be heading to Asante Kotoko.

The report further states Razak will be heading to the Porcupine Warriors together with goalkeeper’s trainer Najau, who has also been poached by Kotoko.

Abalora will more than fortify an already esteemed goalkeeping department which comprises SWAG local player of the year, Felix Annan, Black Meteors goalie Kwame Bash and Ibrahim Danlad, who is expected to be shipped out on loan.
