Danish SuperLiga side FC Nordsjaelland rejected a bid of €6m for the services of Ghanaian teenager Kamal-Deen Sulemana on transfer deadline day according to Fussballtransfer.

After enjoying a breakthrough campaign last season, Kamal-Deen attracted keen interest from Bundesliga sides Bayern Leverkusen and Borussia Monchengladbach, who wanted to beef up their squad.

Sportscorna.com understands Sulemana’s purple patch has also aroused the interest of Italian-born Dutch football agent, Mino Raiola who is looking to add the flamboyant wing wizard to his agency.

After losing their prized asset Kai Havertz, Leverkusen made frantic efforts to lure the teen talent to their stables and made a bid worth €6million on transfer deadline day but were rebuffed by Nordsjaelland.

Sportscorna.com also understands that, if the Bundesliga side had increased their bid of €6m to €10million, FC Nordsjaelland would have been ready to sell the teen talent to Bayer Leverkusen.

Meanwhile, Portuguese top flight giants S.L. Benfica and Sporting Clube de Portugal ‘are also closely monitoring Kamal-Deen Sulemana development at FC Nordsjaelland this season in the Danish Superliga.

Kamal-Deen, who has been compared to Neymar by Nordsjaelland gaffer Flemming Pederson is currently with the senior men’s national team and made his debut against Mali as Ghana lost 3-0 last Friday.
