Communications Director of Ghana Premier League side Medeama SC, Patrick Akoto has revealed prized asset Justice Blay is being chased by a plethora of clubs.

The 28-year-old midfielder has been the center of transfer speculations with Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko fronting the pack of suitors chasing after his signature.

Blay had reportedly gone AWOL following the expiration of his loan spell at Asante Kotoko but has since returned to the Tarkwa-based club as they gear up for the upcoming season.

Speaking to Sikka FM, Patrick Akoto espoused a number of clubs pursuing for the services of Justice Blay.

“There are competing clubs for Justice Blay but for now he’s a player of Medeama SC. We want to build an improved squad to compete well.”

It remains to be seen whether the Mauves and Yellow will be tempted to sell their prized asset when a lucrative bid is put on the table with Asante Kotoko keen to poach the hardworking midfielder but unwilling to meet the financial demands of Medeama.
