Erstwhile West Africa Football Academy midfield genius Majeed Ashimeru has expressed his delight following his maiden goal for Belgian side Anderlecht.
Ghana international Majeed Ashimeru made an instant impact for Belgium side Anderlecht on his debut on Wednesday night.
Ashimeru took to his official Twitter handle to express his joy at notching his debut goal for the Jupiler Pro League giants.

The player, on loan from RB Salzburg came off the bench to score five minutes into his made appearance for the club as they progressed to the next stage of the Belgian cup.
Ashimeru came on for former Borussia Dortmund star Jacob Bruun Larsen in the 62nd minutes against RFC Liege in the round of 32 encounter.
It didn’t take long until he impacted the game, doubling Anderlecht’s lead in the 67th minutes, after Paul Makairu had given Vincent Kompany’s side the opener in the first 45 minutes.
The Ghanaian will be hopeful his spark to life in the cup tie is enough to convince Kompany to fix him on a regular for the league games.
