[VIDEO]: Senegalese Sensation Continues Goalscoring Form For FC Metz In One-all Stalemate

Former Senegal U-17 midfielder Pape Matar Sarr scored for the second consecutive time for FC Metz in the French Ligue 1 on Wednesday evening.

FC Metz were held to a 1-1 home draw by Montpelier HSC at the Stade Saint Symphonien.

The 18-year-old central midfielder grabbed the lead for the Les Grenat with a superb strike in the 47th minute of the game.

French attacker Gartan Laborde denied the homesters from snatching their tenth win of the 2020/2021 season with his goal on the 70th minute.

Four days ago, Matar Sarr opened his goal scoring account for FC Metz against Stade Brestois when they won by 4 goals to 2 on the road.

In the 79th minute of the game Pape Matar Sarr was substituted for French midfielder Warren Tchimbembe.

He joined the French Ligue 1 Side from their feeder club in Senegal, Generation Foot Academy on a 5-year-deal during last the summer transfer window.

Pape represented his country at the 2019 Africa U-17 Cup of Nations and 2019 FIFA U-17 World Cup.

Pape has notched two goals for FC Metz in his seven appearances this season.
