Accra Hearts of Oak have confirmed the signing of Salifu Ibrahim from Techiman Eleven Wonders for an undisclosed fee.
The midfield maestro will now ply his trade for the Rainbow side after leaving the Techiman-based side. Salifu was the subject of interest from several clubs from the Ghana Premier League, who were looking to add him to their squad.
Asante Kotoko and AshantiGold were among the clubs who showed interest in the talented youngster, but it is Hearts of Oak who have moved swiftly to acquire the services of the player.
Salifu Ibrahim was unveiled on Monday at a press conference alongside new manager Samuel Boadu, who parted ways with Medeama Sporting Club last week.
His performances for Eleven Wonders have earned him a place in the Black Stars team who are currently camping ahead of this month’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against South Africa and São Tomé.
