Forson Amankwah Nets Foremost Goal For Austrian Side FC Liefering

Ghanaian international Forson Amankwah registered his debut goal of the season for FC Liefering in the Austrian second-tier on Friday night.

FC Liefering managed to record a 3-2 win over FC Dornbirn at the Des. Goldberg Stadium.

The 18-year-old found the back of the net in the 42nd minute after he collected a pass from Maurits Kjaergaard and shot past goalkeeper Lucas Bundschuh to give them a 3-2 win.

He was replaced by Elias Havel on the 68th minute mark before. The teen talent was brandished a yellow card in the 55th minute.

Amankwah has featured in five games for FC Liefering since joining them on loan from Austrian top-flight side Red Bull Salzburg after signing him from Ghanaian side West African Football Academy.
