The highly sought after left back is on the verge of completing his switch to the Swedish side.
Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC defender Imoro Ibrahim is set to join Swedish top-flight club IFK Goteborg at the end of the current season.
According to Sportsworldghana.com the official from the Swedish club was in Accra this week to hold talks with the player’s representatives and they have agreed for the offer to be made.
IFK Goteborg will pay Asante Kotoko an amount of €150,000 with the player having two more years left on his contract.
The 21-year-old who has been one of the best left-back in the Ghana Premier League this season has netted twice and provided numerous assists in 19 games.
He made his Black Stars debut on March 28, 2021 in an AFCON qualifier against Sao Tome.
