Head coach of Ghana Premier League outfit Bechem United, Kassim Mingle is bent on overturning the humiliating results suffered at the hands Hearts of Oak in the first round.
The Hunters stumbled to a crashing defeat to the Phobians in the first phase of the Ghanaian top-flight with the latter thrashing Bechem United 6-1 at the Accra Sports stadium – a marquee results under the coaching tutelage of Serbian trainer Kosta Papic.
Since the hammering, the one-time winners of the MTN FA Cup have struggled for consistency contrary to the results posted earlier in the season with their home matches bailing them out of a difficult run of results.
With the Phobians coming to town – not forgetting their poor form on the road – Bechem United are targeting a massive win against their illustrious opponents in the mid-week tie of the Ghanaian top-flight.
“Preparation is still ongoing as we always do for every game but in our minds, it is time for revenge, though it won’t be easy, we will try and revenge” Kassim Mingle [Coach of Bechem United] told Kumasi-based radio station OTEC FM.
“We lost by 6-1 to them [Hearts] in the first round at their backyard but with the prayers of our supporters, we will turn things around tomorrow” he ended.
