Full-back Patrick Yeboah has abridged his stay with Tarkwa-based Medeama SC seven months after joining the Mauves and Yellow on a three-year deal, sportscorna.com has learnt.

Yeboah, formerly of Karela United joined the two-time Ghanaian FA Cup winners on a three-year deal from Asante Kotoko and was billed to play a key role in Medeama’s chase for their maiden league trophy.

According to a report filed by MoTV, Yeboah ended his stay with Medeama because the club failed to register him in the second transfer window and thus deemed as surplus to requirement.

He won one NASCO man-of-the-match award featuring in seven games in the first round of the Ghanaian top-flight.
